Ducks and trees - nature in Strath.

Stopped at the conservation area on the way home to take pictures of the ducks.  They always are out there on the ice, and I actually worried they were frozen in the ice cause they didnt move much.  Turns out they like it there?  To each thier own.  I think I'll get some ducks for the pond when we move.  Unless they eat all our fish.  It would be nice to catch bass in the backyard.

Life as a Strathroid.

I went to my friends store to get some cloth diapers and saw some nice scenery. Yes I take pics while driving, but when I am at a stop of some sort.  Still, probably naughty.  The first shot is the busiest intersection in town and the second is right across the street from the store I was in, right downtown.

So I know you have all seen these all ready.  SO I suppose its double duty, and possibly cheating, but what can I say.  Also, I realize I didnt post this in the right order (date wise) and I'll get it right soon enough. =)

Scenes from a farm

This is a few random pictures from my FIL's farm.  He loves John Deere.  I cant even explain to you the extent to which he is obsessed with the brand.  The best I could do was with the picture of his tractor and the cross.  Made me and DH laugh our asses off too.

Buttery.

So I thought butter is something that you should be able to cut through nice and easy peasy?  Nope.  I am now down one steak knife.

School Drop off.

Just some random things I saw at the school when dropping off Caitlin on Monday.  The crossing guard is the nicest one EVER, by the way.  And the lisence plate is not mine.  I thought it was at first, cause ya I would drive like that - right into the snowbank - but nope, not me. LOL!
